From the garden and stone-paved space, unrestricted view over the village and hills.		  

 

  Large garden on the west side (setting sun) of the villa with fishpond, veranda / conservatory, shaded spots, recreational ground, children's games, tables, deck chairs, etc.  
Very quiet.
We like children !
Outdoor and indoor games are available, including  small size Legoland
and books galore.
Moncalme is located amidst very quiet surroundings with very little local traffic.
There's a fish pond and suitable bikes are available for hire at the villa.
Farm animals, wooded lanes, swimming pools, the local nature reserve are all within walking distance from house.
